Through its daughter company Tesla One, OccamRE has acquired 50% share in BCT1. OccamRE has managed entire acquisition process, due diligence and closing of the transaction. Shareholders have appointed OccamRe as asset manager for BCT1.
Project Vápenice is a residential project, developed by Occam Real Estate. The construction consists of four housing units in two semi-detached houses and one detached house. Completion of the project is planned in 1Q 2024.
Tesla Residence is a housing project of 192 units designed by award winning architects Sadovsky & Architects and Superatelier. Located in Košice Juh district next to popular residential area and business district with only few minutes driving distance from city center. Project represents higher standard of living and architecture and will bring more than 3000 sqm of activity park and greenery from what will benefit whole neighbourhood. Semi-private community terrace with beautiful panoramic views on the city will be located on the roof-top of each building.
Project Mýtna is a housing project of 60 residential units with ambition to bring high quality architecure in the unused area between Mýtna and Šancová streets in the city center of Bratislava.
Nová Merina is primarily residential project, turning brownfield area in Trencin into premium location housing with 600+ flats and additional retail, sport and culture spaces. At the moment, architectural competition is in process with prominent architects from Czech and Slovak market. Project will be realized with our partner WOOD & Company.
